This auction is a downsizing liquidation of a very nice clean home. Jo and Don have been collectors for many many years and it is time for them to downsize. There are several collections of items in this auction. You will find the biggest amount of playing cards that I have ever seen. However, the amount of early to mid 1900's vintage advertisements and magazines is unreal. If you have been searching for a vintage ad, I bet it could be found in one of the lots in this auction. This home has a good selection of items for everyone, including antique furniture, dog themed décor, china sets, lots of kitchen items, display semis and more, couches and chairs, kitchen tables, a vintage Schwinn deluxe twin tandem axle bicycle, Van Briggle pieces, lamps and other décor, and much more. The owners are living on the property, so all items inside will need to be carried out by my employees unless it is too heavy. In that case, you will be required to get it out. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.
