MissouriAuctions.net
This auction is a downsizing liquidation of a very nice clean home in the Shadow Lakes Addition; however, it doesn’t stop there. I also have a consignor that has added to this auction to make it even better. This home is very clean, and the items have been well taken care of. The four-post lift will need to be disassembled, so please plan accordingly BEFORE bidding on it. Furniture items include an antique dresser, two beds, vintage bedroom dressers and a nightstand, a glider rocker and foot stool, vintage rocker, and TVs. General household items include holiday décor, a treadmill and Octane fitness machine that are both in great shape, a Korg 1W workstation with stand, Powerwerks speaker, small refrigerator, freezer, stove, garden décor, glassware, shelves, and more. The owners are living on the property, so all items inside (except the furniture) will need to be carried out by my employees. I also have a consignor in this auction; all of those items will be outside depending on the weather. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.
