TRACT I LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W/2 NW/4) and the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W/2 SW/4) of Section One (1), Township Three (3) South, Range Twenty-three (23) West of the 6th P.M., Norton County, Kansas being 157.95 acres more or less EXCEPT a tract of land bounded as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner (NW/C) of Section One (1), Township Three (3) South, Range Twenty-three (23) West of the Sixth P.M., thence South Thirty-five feet (35’) and East Twenty feet (20’) to the point of beginning; thence South Three Hundred Sixty feet (360’), thence East Three Hundred Sixty feet, (360’), thence North Three Hundred Sixty feet (360’), thence West Three Hundred Sixty feet (360’) to the point of beginning.
